  The owner of this place is a disgrace to Dominos. He keeps in store tips which is illegal. He treats his employees and managers like they are disposable. He belittles his employees. Hes not even good at Dominos. He drops pizzas because he freezes. He is slow at stretching and topping. He flirts with the underage girls. It goes to show you Dominos corporate only cares about money as well as him. He has made employees cry because he belittles them. He talks bad about Johnstown as well as his employees that work hard for him. The employees that have been there the longest are extremely rude and disrespectful. They don't care about Dominos or the Food they serve. Food is not maintained correctly and he has a staff that does not know how to correctly maintain food. His regional manager does not have any real business experience. He's lucky he hasn't been sued or stripped of his Dominos rights. But everything comes to those who keep living this way. Johnstown supports it because they have nothing else in their town and they have to. Johnstown should not support this bad business owner. They go through gms every 3 months because how they run the place. Dominics across the street has great reviews the pizza is bomb.

  Love the people, love the food, and I love the coupons and free pizza! This Dominos doesn't get enough credit for the people that have done an exceptional job! I have worked in the delivery business myself for many years and I know these drivers don't get tipped what they are worth! (2.00 IS NOT A GOOD TIP PEOPLE! drivers get paid about 5.00 an hour not per delivery so think of that the next time you order without tipping! ) they have gone through a lot of chances in order to make the store and food better and I really have noticed a difference! I love dominos! And to all the people complaining if you think it's so easy then go get a job there and see for yourself! Thanks Dominos for you're excellent customer service and high quality food!
